10/19/22: U.S 1 Water Main Replacement Project

"This project consists of the replacement of a water transmission main along Route 1 from the Garfield Booster Station (near the intersection of Route 1 and Neabsco Road) running south toward Fuller Heights Road. The purpose of this project is to increase transmission capacity from the Garfield Booster Station to southern portions of the Dumfries Pressure Zone, to improve system reliability and to meet customer demand."
Route 1- Featherstone to Marys Way
Prince William County Transportation
This project involves the widening of Route 1 from Marys Way to Featherstone Road from a four lane undivided highway to a six lane divided highway. The total distance of the project will be 1.3 miles and will include the construction of a 10 foot wide multi-modal trail and a 5 foot wide sidewalk along the sides of the route.
Annapolis Way Extended/North Woodbridge
Prince William County Transportation
This project is a roadway improvement project to extend Annapolis Way to connect Route 1 to Route 123. The project also includes a design of extending the adjacent roadway of Marina Way and a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for North Woodbridge.
